We had been hounding and pressuring James Gunn as to when the world would see some footage for the upcoming sequel of the HIGHLY ANTICIPATED SEQUEL to Guardians of the Galaxy.
Well we have finally gotten it. Not only do we get a poster that looks as if the Guardians (which now include Yondu and Nebula even BABY GROOT) are about to drop the greatest mixtape EVER. But we also get our first trailer yes the excitement is high. Check it out below and make sure you check out our most recent episode right HERE.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) we get the first episode of season 3 of The Flash. In the trailer it was shown that Wally West will be suiting up as a speedster. But, if you remember he is not the only one that will have some new powers.
A new logline got released for the third season and it shows that Jesse Quick will have the same speed like Barry Allen and Wally West. To make it all better, she became a hero on Earth-2! Read the logline here:
“Barry (Grant Gustin) and Team Flash are thrilled to reunite with Earth-2 Wells (Tom Cavanagh) and Jesse (guest star Violett Beane),” reads the logline. “Wells confides to Barry and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) that Jesse has all the powers of a speedster and has been saving people on his Earth. He is concerned about her safety and wants them to talk her out of using her powers. Meanwhile, Magenta, (guest star Joey King) a new meta who can control metal, terrorizes the city.”

More photos of the next installment of your friendly neighborhood Spiderman have began to surface.
Pics showing Tom Holland dressed up as everyone’s favorite wall crawler while filming on Spiderman:Homecoming have been released. Holland is seen doing some wire work and at one point is even showing waving during an off take to passers by on the street.
Spiderman:Homecoming is set to be released in 2017
The man who was a big contributing factor to Phase 1 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) by directing the first two Iron Man films and executive producing the first two Avengers films is back in the game and its not how you may be expecting.
No, there hasn’t been an OFFICIAL announcement of Iron Man 4 with Favreau possibly at the helm BUT is is returning as the Happy Hogan character in the upcoming Spiderman:Homecoming movie.
Jon Favreau portrayed the character, who’s described as Tony Stark’s bodyguard, friend, and chauffeur in the entire Iron Man trilogy. Since Robert Downey, Jr.’s character has already been confirmed for the Jon Watts venture, Happy’s return is basically two plus two and I am not talking about NEW MATH.
Favreau already revealed in an interview with IGN a few months ago that he loved Tom Holland’s webslinger in Captain America: Civil War. He said that the character made him “smile every second” he was on the screen. He also loved the version of Tony Stark he saw in those scenes with Peter Parker.
Spiderman:Homecoming is slated for a July 7, 2017 release.
Doesn’t this just make you “Happy?”….get it “Happy”….oh never mind
OMG ! ! ! OMG! ! ! OMG ! ! ! Do I seem excited enough yet?? Well just as much as I, you should be as well. This should bring levels of ORGASMIC joy to fan boy and girls everywhere. DCEU Batman, Ben Affleck tweeted out yesterday a somewhat cryptic video of the prominent DC Comics character Deathstroke. Now according to SEVERAL news sources it is being officially reported that DEATHSTROKE will indeed be the main villain in the solo Batman film directed by and starring Affleck and ALSO will appear in Zack Snyder’s “Justice League” film in 2017 (cue schoolgirl like screaming)
Now, while I am for sure not a fan of Zack Snyder directing these films, ESPECIALLY after Batman V Superman. I am sitting wit praying hands, fingers crossed and Santa Maria Candles burning that he does Slade Wilson JUSTICE (no pun intended) in the Justice League film and that Affleck can carry it on headed into the solo project.
Its no secret that The Trusty Sidekicks, myself and Bobby Hill did not think this was an interesting movie at all (and neither did many movie critics and fans as well). But that hasn’t stopped the action packed ensemble from bringing in money at the box office.
The Warner Bros. picture has passed the $600 million mark worldwide going into its fourth weekend of theatrical release. The films director, David Ayer (who we are so disappointed in) Made the milestone announcement via Twitter.
With less than a month to go to the release of Marvel’s Luke Cage, Marvel has decided to give the world a bit of a teaser treat. They have released an official clip that shows the POWER MAN in action. The clip shows that there is a “funny” side to having indestructible skin.
The entire series is available on Netflix on September 30.
SPOILER ALERT… but by now if you don’t know, well, shit. Zack Snyder’s “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” ended with the Man of Steel being killed in his battle with Doomsday, shadowing the Death of Superman story line from the comics. Yesterday, the Boy Scout himself, Henry Cavill Instagramed a close up shot of the new Black Superman Suit with the hashtag #Superman, which we’ll presumably see in the new Justice League movie due out on November 17th, 2017.
This MAY indicate that the Justice League film will resurrect the Man of Steel paralleling the “Return of Superman” story line in the 90’s when Krypton’s Last Son wore the black regeneration suit while we was getting his powers back after, well, being dead.
This isn’t the first time Cavill will have worn a black House of El battle suit though. In Zack Snyder’s 2013 “Man of Steel”, during a dream sequence Cavill’s Superman wore a black Super suit while talking to General Zod.
